Before starting this application, please have your Lawful Permanent Resident card (“Green Card”) ready if your status is Lawful Permanent Resident. It does not matter if the card has expired. You will be asked to upload a picture of the front and back of your “Green Card” at the end of the application.
The information you give us is CONFIDENTIAL and is protected by attorney client privilege. It will only be used for the purposes of assisting you with the Clean Slate Program.
